You’ve heard of bespoke beer, but you’ve probably never had this level of customization in your booze before. New start-up Trouble Brewing is putting the “craft” into craft beer by letting people decide every single aspect of their drink — from the look of the bottle, right down to the taste and recipe.

A forerunner of its kind here, Trouble Brewing claims to be the first craft beer brewery to offer personalized brewing services, to provide brands and events the experience in creating and owning their own booze. And the brews won’t be shabby either, considering the concept is run by a certified master brewer and a group of beer enthusiasts, who will be able to offer a full suite of house brews. Think summer ales, dry stouts, Dutch pilsners, and premium lagers — they’ve got the skills and goods to cater for any taste.

“The advertising and marketing potential of our beers holds the same prominence as the beers themselves, which are high quality, lip-smackingly good brews that appeal to all types of beer lovers,” said Trouble Brewing founder and CEO Joseph Barratt.

How it works is that companies can subscribe to the service for monthly brews, ranging from $500 per branded bar unit and keg to $400 for four cases of 24 branded bottles each. Of course, there are also one-off pricing models where you can make purchases by the case or by the keg — get more details on the website.
