Anything you want can be found at Taste Singapore. Okay, we kid. But the new store at Raffles Holland V does have a bunch of different concepts squeezed into its 6,000 sq ft space. For starters, atas grocery shoppers will be pleased to find fresh seasonal produce flown in from France, USA, Thailand and Japan, as well as premium meats by Swiss Butchery, personalized dry-aged beef services, and organic and gluten-free items on display.
Then there’s the oyster bar offering freshly-shucked oysters, a cheese room featuring specialty cheese from boutique farms across Europe, a wine section with an exclusive selection from countries like Austria, Germany and Switzerland, and blooms by Yi Lian Ng Floral Atelier.
But if you’d rather spend your hard-earned cash at good old NTUC or Sheng Siong, here’s another reason to check out Taste: SENS by Martin Woo. The chefs here will whip up a meal for you with ingredients purchased from the grocery section, or you can simply head straight for the sashimi, sushi, and teppanyaki.
Taste Singapore is at B1, 118 Holland Ave. Daily 8am-10pm.
