Fishes are the new star of the show at Plaza Brasserie in PARKROYAL on Beach Road. From now till Apr 24, the Freshest Catch Fish Buffet makes an appearance for dinner (6pm-10pm), with dishes featuring every type of fish imaginable whipped into shape.
Highlights from the spread include servings of baked whole sea bream drenched in lime and sambal, Hong Kong-style garoupa in Thai chilli sauce, claypot salmon fish head with black bean sauce and teriyaki cod.
At the same time, you get to stuff yourself with local and Asian offerings from the restaurant’s signature Best of Asia Buffet.
