Italian-inspired vegetarian restaurant Sufood is set to open on May 23 at #02-19 Raffles City Shopping Centre (6333-5338).
Diners can expect multiple courses of gourmet dishes (read: no mock meat) like cream of Florentine mushroom salad, wild mushroom with potato gratin and sesame panna cotta.
Sufood, which is known for its great value set meals (start at $25 each inclusive of bread and drinks) and beautiful food presentation, is a collaboration between giant Taiwanese restaurant operator Wowprime and Singapore’s Pu Tien Holdings.
Taipei Times reports that 2014 is expected to be the year of globalisation for Wowprime, who plan to open eight Sufood outlets in this city within five years.
