Homegrown celebrity chef Justin Quek, who recently returned to Marina Bay Sands with two new F&B concepts (Chinoiserie and JustIN), has now joined forces with casual eatery Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe to debut some exclusive menu items for a limited time. How limited, you ask? The recipes will debut at different outlets throughout the next few weeks and stay on the line-up till Feb 28.

Expect dishes such as sea bass fillet curry with steamed rice ($15.80), “hae mee” soup Nissin noodle ($12.80), and pulut hitam pudding ($5.80) at locations including Plaza Singapura and Changi Airport Terminal 3 this week. Apparently, each of these offerings comes from Quek’s culinary expertise and travel experiences, in an attempt to present HK cafe culture with a twist.

If you’re a fan of the chef, then you’ll be glad to hear that Singapore will be seeing more projects from him in the near future — Quek’s got more collaborations planned with F&B collective The Minor Food Group Singapore, which helms brands like ThaiExpress, Poulet, and Go Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice.
Next up in the series — new menu items crafted by Quek for rotisserie Poulet in January 2019.
The dishes will be available at 15 Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafes, changing outlets weekly, from today till mid-Jan.
