Lobsterfest at Lime Restaurant is returning with all the crustaceans you can eat

Lobster lovers — here’s a spread that’s practically designed for you. Lobsterfest at Lime Restaurant, which returns for its third edition at PARKROYAL on Pickering, is all about said crustacean, prepared in all kinds of culinary ways.

There’s the whole Maine lobster, which will be featured in chilled dishes like lobster salad, lobster on ice, and lobster roll, served with toasted and buttered ciabatta. There’s the rock lobster starring in dishes with familiar flavors like lobster chili crab with man tou, black pepper lobster, and lobster in golden egg yolk lemon butter sauce. Then there’s the restaurant’s classic, an atas version of laksa tossed with chunks of – you guessed it – lobster.

And if you follow the scent trail of barbecue smoke to the outdoor grill, you’ll find charred crustaceans waiting to be doused in sauces like sambal belacan, garlic butter, truffle hollandaise, roasted sesame sauce, and Thai sweet and spicy chili.

It’s easy to overdo it and go over your lobster limit at this four-hour buffet. Strategy, friends, it’s all about strategy. Perhaps take some time to sample a bunch of cheese, a little bit of sushi, or maybe some beef stew with roasted veggies in between chowing down on all that lobster. You can also fill up on liquid calories by adding on free flow beer for an extra $30 (from 6:30pm to 9:30pm) — take note, though, that the offer is only limited to Tiger beer.
