Figure that you’re in the Higher Socioeconomic Status (SES) bracket, or at least striving to climb to that point? Boy, do we have a high-society event to recommend you: Taste the Moment, a culinary festival next week featuring six world-class JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts chefs from across Asia Pacific who’ll guide attendees through atas dining experiences, masterclasses, and workshops.

The festival — happening at JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach on March 24 and 25 — is split into three distinct highlights. First up (and the one that involves eating superb food) is an immersive wine-and-dine experience, featuring three acclaimed JW Marriott chefs presenting a five-course technology-assisted supper that incorporates visual storytelling, performances, and music.

As for workshops, attendees will get to learn the culinary arts of food plating, food photography and more, while masterclasses led by JW Marriott chefs will take foodies through the subjects of truffles, Vietnamese cuisine, and nutritional values.

Through the festival, there’ll be entertainment, activities, and refreshments out in The Courtyard, presented and provided by Illy, TWG and Singapore’s own JW Marriott chef Stefano Di Salvo.
Tickets are of the Higher SES ilk (S$198 a pop), but it’s an all-inclusive package that unlocks access to all the activities listed above. More details available on the event website.
