Marina Bay Sands’ culinary fest, Epicurean Market, is back with loads of stuff to keep you occupied (and well fed) at its fifth edition. Think masterclasses, tasting sessions, celeb chef dishes and plenty of booze to go around — all this on top of a new local street food experience and a Kampung Bar, where hawker-inspired cocktails are concocted with ingredients like chilli, lemongrass and pandan.
So we got a glimpse of what to expect for this year’s festivities and nibbled on sample-sized portions of several restaurants’ dishes at the fest. Check ’em out below.
Epicurean Market 2017 is on from Aug 11-13, Fri & Sat noon-2am, Sun noon-9pm at Sands Expo and Convention Centre. $39/three-day pass.
