Besides Honolulu Cafe and Tai Cheong Bakery, Singapore will soon welcome yet another Hong Kong brand to our shores, with the debut of famous cha chaan teng Tsui Wah Restaurant.

Brought over in collaboration with Jumbo Group, Tsui Wah’s eatery here will mark its first foray into Southeast Asia.

If you’re not one of those who make regular trips to Hong Kong to gorge on good food, just know that this popular restaurant chain — which currently has 70 outlets in Hong Kong, Macau, and China — is known for its crispy bun with condensed milk, HK-style milk tea, fish balls and fish cakes in fish soup, and crispy pork chop bun.

Unfortunately, besides the announcement of Tsui Wah’s impending launch and its location at Clarke Quay — at #01-03, 3A River Valley Road, the former ground floor space of nightclub Attica — not much else has been said about its opening date or menu. So watch this space for updates.

Editor’s note: This post was updated to reflect the location of the store.
