Folks here really love their gourmet meats and premium sausages, and Huber’s Butchery is definitely THE place to drop by for delicatessen supplies. With their success comes a much welcomed expansion to their premises at Dempsey — and la dee dah, the new store has just opened up.
Moving just across the road from 18A Dempsey Road, Huber’s Butchey now occupies a 13,000 square feet space at 22 Dempsey Road. Now a full blown bistro and marketplace as well, their new digs come with free parking, and outdoor children’s playground, an edible garden as well as seating for lunch and dinner.
Their dedication to upscale provisions are now put on full display with a 40m-long meat and sausage counter at the store, the longest of its kind in Singapore. Beef, lamb, veal, pork, poultry and marinated meat — you name it, they have it. Customers are also welcome to access their dry ageing cabinet this December, where they can choose the number of days they’d like their meats to be aged. The longer the better.
Aside from meats, patrons can also shop for other high-end foodstuffs through an extensive cheese section, daily baked breads, antipasto, freshly-flown vegetables, fruits and of course, racks upon racks of exclusive bottled wine and beers.
