Gordon Ramsay takes over Moluccas Room space at MBS

Celebrity chef and world-famous troubleshooter Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant has taken over The Moluccas Room at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.

The Scottish restaurateur’s latest venture, Bread Street Kitchen, now occupies the two-level space with the kitchen and private dining rooms on the basement, and general dining and bar areas on the ground level.

Both the interior design and Cool Britannia menu are modeled after the original London branch, with mains ranging from $26 for fish and chips to $46 for slow-cooked veal shin. The salads are available in two sizes and range from $16 (small) to $34 (large).

Ramsay is in town to formally open Bread Street Kitchen, which soft-opened on Jun 19. The original outlet opened in London and there are branches in Dubai
