Get your tapas and cocktails fix from Me@OUE’s new menu offerings

Have a meal up in the sky at Me @ OUE, where the new line-up of tapas awaits. Dishes from the Japanese kitchen includes grilled squid drizzled with lemon mayo, shishamo tempura with tongrashi mayo, and good ol’ California rolls. For a little taste of France, try the beef tartare on toast, duck rilette, or Wagyu beef sandwich. If Chinese cuisine is your go-to, order the crispy salmon skin with salted egg yolk, fried flat squid paste pancake with Thai chili sauce or wok fried black pepper beef.

As for new signature cocktails, Old Tom is a blend of Tanqueray 10 gin, thyme liqueur, passionfruit syrup, egg white and slices of passionfruit, while Looking Sharp offers tropical flavours with raspberry, peach, gin, lemon juice and Burma Tonic. More of a whisky drinker? Try Old Embury or Delirious to end off your night on a high.
