After 15 years of serving good food, The Halia is launching its retail line of homemade dressings, jams, condiments and pastries in a grab-and-go concept. Called Halia Provisions, the selection allows you to bring home some of the most popular flavours in the restaurant’s menu. Everything available for purchase is produced and packaged at both kitchen outlets of The Halia.

If you’re a fan of the restaurant’s lemongrass and ginger prawn salad, you’ll most likely be tempted to purchase the ginger flower dressing ($13.50/250g). Or maybe the ginger pineapple jam ($5/130g), a spread that can be eaten with toast or used as a glaze for meats.
Other items include infused Maldon sea salts ($9/60g) in varieties like ginger flower, umami, chilli lemon or mushroom, as well as the Halia infusion and honey set ($58), which features six satchets of sun-dried Vietnamese ginger and 330g of wild mountain honey.

Halia Provisions is available at both The Halia restaurants in Raffles Hotel and the Singapore Botanic Gardens, as well as at a grab-and-go store near the Ginger Garden restaurant.
