French bistro L’Entrecôte is celebrating its seventh year in Singapore, and to thank the oft-fickle diners of the country for keeping it going, it’s throwing a Free Fries Day on Nov 11. If you’re one of those cynical types who think there’s no such thing as no strings attached, you may be surprised to learn that no minimum order is required for anyone after those crispy golden fries.
You’ll probably have to battle the crowd to wait in line from 3pm to 6pm at the Glasshouse by DHM outlet in Orchard — or you could swing by the Duxton outlet — but that’s about it. When you reach the counter, just grab your fries and go (each person gets one portion).
Or stay and have a slab of steak if you wish. Each plate is, of course, served with free-flow fries as well.
