For our latest culinary exploration of Southeast Asia’s freakiest dishes, Cole Pennington journeyed deep into the jungle outside of Chiang Mai. Guided by a Karen hill tribe hunter, he spent a night and day trekking through the forest on a wild boar hunting expedition. But when the trip took an unexpected turn, he ended up facing his ultimate culinary fear.
