If you ever thought you’d love to dine in a florist shop, surrounded by beautiful blooms everywhere you look, turns out you’re not alone. New to the food scene, Cafe De Nicole’s Flower started off in the business of bouquets. Now, it’s still just as obsessed with plants and petals, except it’s also branched out to serve brunch grub and desserts.
Friendly to pets, the venue hosts the occasional event or workshop, with elegant floral arrangements that you can take home if you wish.

The theme is strong with this one — even the entrance is guarded by a blossoming arch that wouldn’t look out of place in an Insta-famous wedding, which makes it easy to spot among its low profile neighbors in the East Coast area. Every corner of the scented space is filled with lush greens and clusters of color, which means you’ll have a picturesque meal wherever you sit.

One highlight of the menu that’s gotten online buzz is the stack of soufflé pancakes ($15.90-$19.90), in options like berries and cream, matcha, or tiramisu. All garnished with a delicate sprinkle of petals, of course. Just make sure you’ve got 15 minutes to spare, ’cause that’s how long you’ll be waiting for your order to arrive.

If you gravitate towards brunch dishes instead, try the breakfast plate ($21.90) for a heaping serving of sourdough toast with avocado and smoked salmon or chicken, grilled sausage, fried egg, and leafy greens. Or fill up on carbs by ordering the mozzarella-stuffed ravioli ($13.90) with truffle cream or tomato sauce.
Cakes, scones, muffins, and pies are also available, as well as petal-topped drinks like rose latte ($7.90) and Mermaid Tears ($7.90), a mix of butterfly pea tea and honey lemon.
