Hong Kong’s popular butter cookie chain Jenny Bakery has made its first overseas landfall right here in Singapore, and it’s open right now at Ang Mo Kio.
The massively well-liked brand has become a sort of phenomenon in Hong Kong, where remarkably long queues formed by both tourists and locals alike are a daily sight outside their outlets. The popularity of their cookies here is pretty well-established, especially when a Jenny Bakery pop-up booth at Junction 8 attracted hundreds of people back in September.
Expect the same rabid fandom in the upcoming weeks at the newly opened Singapore branch — located at Block 422 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3, #01-2534.
