Say “bello” to the yellow creatures from Despicable Me as the first Minions Cafe outside of Japan pops up in Singapore till the end of January next year. Taking up a space on the third floor of Orchard Central, the eatery is operated by The Guest cafe, which opened five locations in Japan earlier this year together with the premiere of Despicable Me 3.
On the Minions-themed menu, you’ll find 14 dishes and drinks, all inspired by the characters. For a taste of what to expect, the cafes in Japan featured items such as cream stew, curry, mango pudding, and jelly sodas.
Of course, this being a character cafe, you can expect to find merch in all shapes and sizes at the retail corner.
