Sentosa’s throwing a BBQ food festival this month. Over two weekends, you’ll get to stroll around as you enjoy the night breeze and check out 20 F&B booths along the 1km-long stretch of beach.

As for what’s on offer, think plates of chilli crab cake pie tee, bourbon-glazed pork ribs, herb-roasted lamb, wok-fried tiger prawns, sambal fish fillet and grilled pork jowl from restaurants in the vicinity like Coastes, FOC Sentosa, Ola Beach Club, Gin Khao Bistro, Spuds & Aprons and Greenwood Fish Market.

To keep you entertained, there’ll be music performances from the likes of Jack & Rai and MUSA The Collective. Sentosa will also attempt to set the Singapore Record for the longest BBQ pit in the country on Apr 13.

Siloso GrillFest is on from Apr 13-16 and Apr 21-23, 6pm-11pm at Siloso Beach. Free.
