Don’t be crabby, ’cause it’s crab season, and Ah Hoi’s Kitchen at Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore is celebrating by dishing out the crustacean in 10 different ways. Pick your chosen Sri Lankan giant crab from the tank and the chefs will whip up everything from white pepper crab and Kam Heong crab to Indonesian claypot curry crab and Sarawakian black pepper crab.

Of course, everyone’s favorite chilli crab will also feature on the menu, alongside claypot crab beehoon, salted egg and crispy yam crab, butter and garlic crab, stir-fried ginger and onion crab, as well as glass noodles and Chinese wine crab. Phew, that’s a lot of crabs right there. If you can’t get enough of the crustacean, make a meal out of it and order a bunch of plates to share.
