COCONUTS HOT SPOT — There’s never a dull moment when you lunch at Plentyfull. Featuring a ever-revolving lunch menu that changes every 10 days, the restaurant is dependent on seasonal fresh produce to shape its dishes. So you could totally make the casual Millenia Walk eatery your new go-to spot, and you’d never get bored of the same few items.
Everything on the menu is prepared with produce that’s sourced from local and international farmers and artisans — there’s even a retail space by the entrance set aside for local farming collective, Little Farms, to display their wares. The food here is preservative-free and made from scratch, with healthier options such as quinoa and garden greens in the line-up.

If you’re in a hurry, the quick service market table lunch spread is easy and convenient. Just get in line at the buffet-style selection and pick out what you want. A plate of one base, one protein and two sides goes for $17, and you can top up $2 for an additional side.
Choose from base offerings such as broken wheat with laurel leaves or risoni with mint, then move on to the protein section, which displays dishes like chilli lemongrass smoked salmon and Thai roasted chicken. As for the sides, try the plum salted tomato, roasted Kin Yan Farm’s mushrooms or maple and bacon brussel sprouts. But take note that these items will come and go whenever they refresh the menu — although selected ones are also available for dinner.

At evening time, the market table spread is cleared and the a la carte menu is whipped out. Besides the booth and table seats, you can also hop onto a bar stool by the counter or get the private dining area to watch the pastry chefs at work. Start off with appetisers like the miso gratinated aubergine ($16) and the smoked fennel and orange salad ($16), or share the plank of Plentyfull ($52) with chicken, pork jowl and lamb sausage, and accompanying sauces like sambal belachan, Thai chilli jam and cucumber mint yogurt.
Mains include pumpkin pillow gnocchi ($24) in a brown butter and sage sauce with pecorino cheese and greens, short-rib ragu with parpadelle ($26) and dry aged grass-fed Angus strip steak with Asian salsa ($36). Also look out for servers making the rounds pushing trolleys stacked with small bites like pork liver pâté ($8), apple kimchi ($6) and hua jiao winglets ($8).
If you’re not too full, head over to the dessert counter for an enticing array of tarts, cakes and brownies.

Also available is a weekend brunch menu filled with items like organic egg and cheese sandwich ($14), Indonesian chicken porridge ($10) and buckwheat crepes with vanilla goat’s curd ($16).
Plentyfull is at #01-79/80 Millenia Walk, 9 Raffles Blvd, 6493-2997. Daily 8am-10.30pm, brunch on Sat & Sun 10.30am-5pm.
