At the newly-opened InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay, you’ll find the three-in-one concept of Publico Deli, Publico Ristorante, and Marcello. The first is an all-day breakfast space, with menu items like pancakes and berries, burrata salad, Italian meatball panini, and Mediterranean scramble, as well as coffees and Italian pastries for you to grab and go if you’re in a rush.

When night falls, head over to the garden terrazzo for a seat at the communal table in Publico Ristorante, which opens only for dinner every day except Sunday (because brunch). Nestled by the river, this rustic space features a geometric granite floor, custom furniture pieces from a New York design firm, and twin pizza ovens by the bar.

Pop open the menu and you’ll find pasta dishes like the risotto “alla Milanese” with saffron, pecorino cheese, and red wine reduction, and the lobster spaghetti with garlic and chili. As for the pizzas, choose from options like prosciutto, burrata, gorgonzola, baci e ricotta, and even Nutella (for dessert, of course).

Take your pick from the selection of Italian wines to go with your meal before you end off with a helping of tiramisu, pannacotta, or gelato. Alternatively, you can head over to 19th century-inspired cocktail bar Marcello to sip on Italian spirits and wines.

Publico is at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay, 1 Nanson Rd.
