Cross off fancy restaurants from your food bucket list with these affordable set menus

Get a taste of some of the top restaurants in the city as Singapore Restaurant Week returns for its 13th edition. Set to the theme of ‘Sugar and Spice; Everything’s Nice’, the week-long promo offers three-course lunches and dinners at prices that won’t require you to shell out a pretty penny to try the food.

As usual, favourites like Sky on 57, Salt Grill & Sky Bar and Bacchanalia are on the list, so you can look forward to the chefs’ take on dishes crafted with seasonal ingredients, sugar and spices. Other names on the line-up include Emporium Shokuhin, Adrift by David Myers, FYR Cycene Ond Drinc, Aura, Basilico, The Lighthouse and Lewin Terrace.

Just remember to get your bookings in early, or you might risk disappointment — especially when it comes to the more popular restaurants.

Singapore Restaurant Week is from Oct 22-30 at various restaurants. Three-course set menus for lunch $28-$40, dinner $38-$58. Reservations start on Sept 26.
