The rumor mill started churning last month about Five Guys possibly coming to Singapore, and now we’re here to confirm it. By the end of the year, we’ll be home to the cult favorite American burger chain — one more famous burger joint to add to our bucket list.
Originating from Arlington, Virginia, in 1986, the brand currently has more than 1,600 outlets across the globe, and it’s known for its burgers with customizable toppings, hot dogs, fries, and milkshakes.
Basically, you can pile on any or all the free toppings on your burger, from grilled onions and jalapeno peppers to grilled mushrooms and relish. Besides the beef, which Five Guys claim to be “100% fresh” and made without fillers or preservatives, the menu also features grilled cheese and veggie sandwiches, bacon cheese dogs, and shakes in flavors like chocolate, peanut butter, coffee, cherry, salted caramel, and strawberry.
It’ll be brought in by the Zouk Group, which is also expanding its F&B offerings abroad with a new concept at Resorts World Genting: Fuhu Restaurant & Bar, a contemporary spot for traditional Chinese cuisine with a modern spin.
That’s all the deets we have for now — watch this space for updates.
