Club Meatballs just got a menu refresh, three years after its debut back in 2015. The new selection was created by chef La Mei Mei, who hails from New York and is of Vietnamese and Malaysian descent.
La grew up supporting her parents’ Japanese restaurant, and from there, the now 28-year-old chef racked up another ten years of professional experience in the kitchen before bringing her skills in pan-Asian cuisine to our shores.

Even more than before, the humble meatball’s really getting the star treatment here. The restaurant certainly lives up to its name, with meatballs of all kinds, in all sizes, featured prominently across the new menu.
To sample a bit of everything, we’d suggest coming in a group and ordering to share. The Baller Platter ($25-$35), for instance, serves 12 portions of meatballs in choices like beef, ginger pork, garlic-thyme chicken, cumin-spiced lamb, panko-crusted fish, and tofu with mushroom.

Otherwise, for an Asian twist, try the ginger pork ball lettuce cups ($14). There are also comfort food favorites like fried mac and cheese balls ($12) and shepherd’s pie ($18) with mini lamb balls blanketed by a thick layer of cheesy mash.

More meatballs come in the form of the Club Meatball pizza ($22) with beef meatballs scattered amongst the salami, bacon, and onion, meatball lasagna ($18), and the mini lamb meatball souvlaki ($8/piece).
Those looking for a quick bite to eat can browse through the selection of wraps ($12.50-$13.50) stuffed with everything from lamb meatballs doused in garlic sauce to chicken meatballs with Korean gochujang sauce.

Club Meatballs is an especially good spot for those who want a place to lounge around for a bit — the eatery also houses a wine cellar with a pretty extensive selection of wine, and there’s an entire co-working space behind the dining area of Club Meatballs with great seats for getting a quick spot of work done. The staff is pretty cool about letting patrons from Club Meatballs sit there over a coffee, but if you want to stay for much longer, then they’d probably make you get the $50 day pass (which can be used as credit towards Club Meatballs food and drink).
They’ve also got some nice booze promos going on. On Wednesdays, women can get one-for-one orders of aperol spritz at $15, and a group of four women can get a complimentary bottle of champagne. Plus, happy hour on weekdays go from noon to 2pm and 4pm to 8pm (all night on Fridays starting from 4pm), with buckets from $40 and bottled beers from $9.
Beers and balls! Yeah, we said it.
