If you’re heading to Clarke Quay to immerse yourself in the National Day festivities, pop by The Butchers Club Burger Singapore for a twist on a local favourite.
The limited edition Little Red Dot Burger sandwiches a juicy slab of grilled chicken with caramelised pineapples, cucumber strips, red onions and a rich ginger peanut sauce between two sesame buns. For a full meal, the set comes with curry fries and a vodka-based Singapore Sling (called the SG Fling) – but you can also choose to go for a chocolate, vanilla or strawberry milkshake instead.
