Bite into these sweet pastries for a good cause — proceeds go to the Children’s Cancer Foundation

These are not your everyday pastries. They’re ‘Compassion Swirls’ and ‘Hope Éclairs’ — basically flaky round croissants spread with vanilla cream and roasted almonds rolled in caramelised sugar ($4), and lemon éclairs topped with sugary lemon fondant and candied little flowers ($5) respectively.

Hope Éclairs

Only available at Artisan Boulangerie Co, these two baked goods are made specially to help the Children’s Cancer Foundation (CCF). From Sept 7 to Oct 7 (which is Children’s Day), 70 percent of gross proceeds from the sweet treats will go to the CCF, which will help fund programmes and services for kids with cancer, to help with their emotional, social and medical well-being.

So have your pastry and eat it for a good cause.

Available at ABC outlets in Killiney, Great World City, Asia Square, Metropolis, VivoCity and Katong. Pre-orders and deliveries can be made by emailing events@artisanbakery.com.sg.
