The gorgeous and always-consistent Chinese restaurant of Goodwood Park Hotel is opening its doors again to lovers of set menus and this time around chef Chan Kwan Kee is letting diners mix and match the best of its Sichuan and Canton dishes in one sitting.
Some 24 Sichuan and Canton dishes are for the picking for lunch and dinner. The six-course menu starts with an appetizer platter featuring a selection of three delicacies, followed by soup, poultry (like the Camphor Tea Smoked Duck Fillet above), fish, rice or noodles, and dessert.
“Flavours from Sichuan and Canton” set menu ($68++) requires a minimum of four diners who will need to order the same dishes for each set.
