Better finish your Christmas shopping today, because it looks like traffic is about to get a lot worse.

In a report released on Tuesday, navigation app Waze warned that tomorrow, Dec. 22, would be the worst day to drive in Metro Manila. The warning was sent as the Christmas rush intensifies in a city that already has really bad traffic to begin with.

Based on Waze’s data from the past year, roads will be extra packed from 4pm to 6pm starting tomorrow up until New Year’s day. They also expect heavy traffic on Jan. 2, especially from 1pm to 3pm.

And it’s not just Manila’s roads that are expected to be packed, other big cities in the Philippines will experience heavier traffic as well. The most affected area will be Naga City, Camarines Sur, where traffic is expected to intensify by 2.7 times.

Other cities in the top five are: Angeles, Pampanga; Bacolod, Negros Occidental; Batangas City, Batangas; and Iligan City, Lanao del Norte.

Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
