Tacloban native Rogelio Gula went through a lot during super typhoon Yolanda, including almost losing his home in Happy Homes Subdivision.
And there’s this other thing: a hunk of a freight ship has managed to find its way 150 meters inland and is blocking his ocean view.
And no one knows how to get rid of it.
