On Wed afternoon, Aug 19, Guards at the Pasay City Jail got suspicious when a female visitor named Ruby Agudo began “acting strangely” as she was being frisked. According to the female jail officer who was doing the frisking, Agudo began sweating heavily.
Eventually, Agudo confessed that she was attempting to smuggle shabu into the jail for an inmate identified only as “Jefferson.” Agudo then said the contraband was actually inside her.
Agudo was taken to a private area, where she took out the condom that was tucked into her genitals.
“The condom contained a sachet of shabu, pieces of aluminum foil, and cigarettes,” reports Perseus Echeminada in The Philippine Star.
The investigation is ongoing.
