Police arrested the driver of a 10-wheeler truck who ran over a woman along Osmeña Highway in Manila on Tuesday.
The victim was identified as Jocelyn Marial. She was riding a motorcycle driven by her live-in partner Roberto Padagas when they crashed into a gutter. The victim fell of the motorcycle and the incoming truck driven by Tito Villanueva Jr. ran her over. Villanueva tried to run but he was arrested by the Traffic Bureau. He will be charged with reckless imprudence resulting in homicide, ABS CBN News reported.
