Osmeña III said the Commission on Audit’s revelation that the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF), an agency under the Office of the President, had released PHP515 million in pork barrel allocations to dubious organizations was a proof that corruption persisted even under the administration’s ‘tuwid na daan (straight path)’ advocacy,” reports Ernie Reyes on InterAksyon.com.

Osmeña remarked, “Aray (Ouch)! See? What does it say? It means there’s corruption regardless of how honest PNoy is.”
Osmeña also reiterated, “It’s a matter of management. If you don’t put a proper management controls in place, these things will always happen. Even on ordinary corporations, if you don’t have the right auditing procedures. You will get scammed.”
