Pinoy boxing champ Manny Pacquiao recently disclosed that he had made an offer on the Beverly Hills mansion that Jennifer Lopez used to own.
The home — which has a Mediterranean motif and boasts of seven bedrooms — is currently on the market for the price of around US$12 million (or around PHP500 million).
The price tag is well within Pacman’s budget, considering that he’s looking forward to a big pay day with his fight against Floyd Mayweather Jr.
A CNN money article had pointed out: “Even if this year’s fight only reaches 3.25 million homes [via pay-per-view offerings on HBO and Showtime], it will generate more than US$300 million in revenue. About half of that will go to cable operators, leaving US$150 million or so for the fighters.”
