For someone who hasn’t said much to shed light on the pork barrel scam, she sure is causing a lot of problems for the government (not to mention the whole country).
“Alleged pork barrel scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles has filed a motion at the Makati Regional Trial Court to be allowed to undergo medical surgery and hospital confinement at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Global City, Taguig,” reports ANC.
Last week, Napoles went through physical examination, blood testing, as well as transvaginal ultrasound at the Philippine National Police (PNP) General Hospital in Camp Crame. The findings of the PNP doctors showed that while she had a lump in her uterus, it was “not life-threatening.”
In any case, let’s see what the government does about her latest request.
