Does this mean they’re now “dirty” cops?
Water services at the Manila Police District Headquarters in Manila have been cut off due to unpaid bills amonting to PHP8 million. According to GMA News, the unpaid bills date as far back as 2005. The Manila Police HQ has four water lines, two have been permanently cut off while two others have been suspended.
The lack of water has reportedly begun to affect cleanliness and sanitation in the police facility.
