Want to go on a food trip in the South? There’s a P2P bus for that!

A hellish commute is no longer a requirement for a quick food trip session in the south!

The Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) and the Land Transportation Office (LTO) recently launched a third point-to-point (P2P) route between Alabang and Makati.

The pick up points? Alabang Town Center in the South and Greenbelt 1 in Makati.

According to a report by the Philippine Star, the winning operator was the RRCG Transport. It is currently the third P2P bus route currently in operation, the other two being Trinoma-Makati, offered by Froehlich Tours, and Ortigas-Makati, offered by HM Transport.

For the Alabang-Makati route, the buses will operate from 6am to 8:30pm. On the other hand, for  the Makati-Alabang route, the buses will operate from 7am to 9:30pm. In both routes, there will be a bus leaving very 30 mintues.

It’s the best time to try if this commuting option will work for you! According to the RRCG Facebook page, they have a promo from Apr 25-30. The fare will only be PHP50 during this promo period. The regular fare of PHP70 will start on May 2.

The buses are available from Monday to Saturday.
