Terror professor? Hectic exam week? Unfair grading system? All students have something to complain about, but it’s hard to find someone who had it as difficult as this young mom.
In a heartwarming post,Vin-zl Vicente, a graduate of Cavite State University detailed how she atended her university classes with her daughter for four years.
She had to wake up her daughter every morning so that they would make it to class on time. She had to take exams carrying her daughter with one arm. She even had to ask some of her professors in the natsci department to look after her daughter on really busy days.
But then, Vin-zl said that while she had a hard time, her daughter probably had it worse. “Pero naisip ko mas mahirap naman ung maging isang batang college (it must’ve been harder to be a kid in college),” she said.
It’s hard to imagine how it is to be a toddler who commutes to school everyday just to make it to finance or accounting classes. While other children were playing, there she was attending classes she won’t even get credited for.
Vin-zl thanked her daughter for enduring their journey together. She was, as Vin-zl said, her lucky charm.
The inspiring post has gone viral with more than 6,000 shares and 29,000 likes.
