We’re not sure whether Ellen Degeneres has space on her show for YouTube sensations who aren’t cute kids, but this video of a driver rapping may prompt her to expand her criteria.
This video posted by YouTube user R-Nel Bonifacio shows a certain “Manong Driver” (Mr. Driver, basically) performing “Bagsakan”, a collaboration between rap legend Francis M., Gloc-9, and Chito Miranda of Parokya ni Edgar. Not only does our rapping driver manage to spit lines from three outstanding musicians, he does the backing vocals too.
Is he better than the Man from Manila? Probably not, but he is definitely better at rap than 80 percent of the drivers out there. What remains to be seen is how good he is at actually driving.
