Viral post: Freddie Aguilar’s sister thinks the real Duterte is dead and the president is a ‘reptoid alien’

According to Marlene Aguilar, the sister of folk singer Freddie Aguilar, Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte is dead. And that guy in Malacañang Palace? “A reptoid alien,” Marlene wrote on her Dec. 3 post.

“According to reptoid aliens Dolly Escarrion and I are in contact with, the Duterte you see now is an reptoid [sic] alien in disguise. These reptoids can copy any human shape and form they want,” she said.

Whoa.

And she has hard evidence to back this claim up.

“Many people who saw Duterte during the SONA and who also saw him during the Asian SUMMIT say that there is a big difference between the 2 men. Duterte during his last SONA had a hard time speaking and walked slow,” Marlene said in her post. “And he appeared to be weak. But the Duterte in the Asian SUMMIT looks younger and he did not any [sic] of these health problems I mentioned earlier.”

The post has over 27,000 shares as of today and is still being shared by Filipinos on social media.

She signs her post off “She Dragon 696.”

Marlene’s Facebook timeline is full of conspiracy theories she’s gotten from her “CIA sources.”

More than being Freddie’s sister, most will remember her as the mother of Jason Aguilar Ivler, who was convicted in 2015 for the 2009 road rage shooting of Renato Ebarle Jr., the son of a former undersecretary of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.

Ivler was arrested in 2010 after engaging authorities in a deadly shootout in their Quezon City home. Police wounded him before arresting him.

Marlene was charged with obstruction of justice after police said she deliberately misled them to believe Ivler was on the run when he was actually hiding in the basement the entire time.

According to ABS-CBN News, Marlene even wrote a letter to former US President Barack Obama and United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon in 2010 to appeal her son’s conviction.

Although her brother Freddie is a celebrated folk singer and songwriter, he also became controversial when he married his 16-year-old girlfriend in 2016. He was 60 years old at the time of the wedding.
