Nothing can stop this child from learning, not even the rain.
Twitter user @MiggyLukban shared a heartwarming shot of his father along with their domestic worker’s son over the weekend.
He shared that his father Moises teaches the child whenever classes are suspended. Last week, classes were frequently suspended due to inclement weather in Manila.
He wrote: “My dad would help tutor my yaya‘s (nanny) son with his school work. He even makes him wear his school uniform to make him feel like he’s really in school learning.”
“gbu (God bless you) pops,” he ended.

The tweet has garnered over 50,000 likes and 8,200 retweets as of posting.
Miggy told Coconuts Manila through a Twitter direct message that Jan-Jan, the son of one of the domestic workers working in their home, has lived with them ever since his mother started working for them in Parañaque City.
Jan-Jan goes to school, but he gets some help from Moises with his studies whenever classes are suspended.
“When I went down to grab some food, I saw them at the clean kitchen and then I sneakily took a picture,” he wrote in a mix of English and Filipino. “According to my mom, this happens every time classes are suspended here in Parañaque [City].”
“It really warms my heart that he [Moises] would do that because it makes Jan-Jan see how valuable it is to study.”
Netizens flooded the tweet with words of gratitude and thanks to Moises.
