So this is what we missed at Malasimbo?
On Sunday, Mar 2, right before the gig of festival headliner José Gonzalez, the organic crowd at Malasimbo Music Festival were treated to a rare show of excitement by one of the audience members.
This guy came on stage during Mishka Adam’s set. The jazz singer thought the crowd was clapping because they liked her performance. That could be the case too, but we reckon it’s this guy the crowd was cheering on.
“He came from the back of the amphitheater, went down the stairs, parang rumampa talaga, then in front of the stage. Until the security approached him. But he continued clapping and enjoying the music,” says a witness. “Tapos kinuha na siya ng security. Funny part pa was that the security was trying to cover his private area while assisting him out. Kaya super tawa yung mga tao!”
