He didn’t think his pampering session would turn out this way.
On Saturday, Facebook user Mary Lorraine shared a photo of her cousin Chris Agustin sporting nicely shaped, and somewhat feminine-looking eyebrows. Turns out that Agustin mistakenly chose to go for a threading– a process used to shape a woman’s eyebrows.
In the post, you can see photos of Agustin showing the before and after comparison. Obviously, his eyebrows were shaped by a professional because they looked really #onfleek.
Wrote Mary Lorraine in a mix of English and Filipino: “One of the gay staffs (sic) told him, ‘Will you get the threading [option]?'”
“He wasn’t aware of it, so he just agreed, but he told him [the staff] ‘Uhm.. Okay but the manly [kind of threading].'”
The post has gone viral, having been shared more than 15,000 times. On the other hand, the video in the post has been viewed more than 1.4 million times.
“What have you done with my eyebrows?” an emotional Agustin said in Filipino in the video, addressing the person who did his brows. “I said [I just wanted] a trim, a manly one.”
“Why does it look so b*tchy?” he asked.
He ended the video by saying he’ll file a complaint, but it remains to be seen if he’ll follow through with his threat.
Netizens, of course, couldn’t help but crack up and weigh in on Agustin’s brow situation.
Facebook user Niña Bonsay tagged a friend and said: “HAHAHA this is why i told you not to trim your brows! thank me later”
April Lacson-Marcellana wrote: “Eyebrows is life”
Erica Macaspac told her friend to just love his eyebrows.
Gladys Ganal Paguio added to the conversation by admitting that his brows were better than hers. “[H]ahahaha..It’s a lot prettier than my eyebrows!”
