This man from the southern city of Iligan puts a new meaning to the age-old advice “dress to impress.”

On Saturday, Facebook user Arhay Aurellana Alpuerto posted a photo of Bernie Mirafuentes dressed in a long-sleeved shirt, slacks, leather shoes, and a brief case to sell peanuts.

The Facebook post has more than 27,000 reactions, close to 17,000 shares, and more than 4,000 comments as of this posting.

According to ABS-CBN News, Mirafuentes sells peanuts in schools and resorts around the city and is sometimes mistaken for a teacher.

Netizens had other professions in mind. One said he thought Mirafuentes looked like he could be a senator.

While another thought he was a Filipino back from working abroad.

Some even joked that Mirafuentes looked like he was going to a meeting.

But most, just complimented Mirafuentes’ on point attire.

Mirafuentes said that selling peanuts has helped him pay for the education of two children, now both college graduates.
