Everything’s stil up in the air about who’s running for President in 2016. Though Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte has said that he won’t run for President, the buzz about his 2016 plans started anew after a TV ad allegedly leaked on social media.
The ad has now been re-uploaded by various people on YouTube. People are already talking about it. In fact, many of them assume it’s a campaign ad for Duterte. But it doesn’t say for what position.
According to a TV5 report, Duterte has said that the ad was paid for by some of his supporters. He didn’t elaborate further though.
