Typhoon Glenda is wreaking havoc in Metro Manila, with packed maximum sustained winds of 150 kph near the center and gusts of up to 185 kph, according to PAGASA.
At 8am this morning, #GlendaPH was located over Manila Bay, says the weather agency.
In Makati’s CBD area, the streets are empty except for police officers and village security warning people to stay indoors.
Residents of condominiums have woken up to howling winds and broken glass windows.
