Caught on video: Las Vegas woman’s racist rant vs. Fil-Am man, calls Filipinos ‘orange savages’

A Filipino American man in Las Vegas managed to get a video of his neighbor as she went on a racist tirade against him.

“Per local news station KTNV, Las Vegas resident Dexter Manawat caused a stir over the holidays when he posted a video of his neighbor hurling racial epithets at him while she was raking leaves on New Year’s Eve,” reports Brad Reed on RawStory.

The video taken by Manawat is one minute and 24 seconds long. He has, however, taken it down from YouTube. In any case, we have the clip from KTNV. In it, Manawat’s neighbor, a woman wearing cap, shouts at him while she’s sweeping the front of her house.

In the video, the woman tells Manawat, “Orange motherf*cker! Go back to where you came from!”

Then, when Manawat asked her where she thought he came from, his neighbor replied, “From some piece of sh*t, Manila-ass, f*cking ghetto living under a tarp piece of sh*t land. You’re just like one f*cking generation out of the jungle, like f*cking loin-cloth wearers!”

The woman likewise referred to Filipinos as “orange savages.”

RawStory explained that in an interview with KTNV, the woman ended up apologizing for her racist rant. “I stooped to the lowest possible denominator to hurt someone because I was angry. I wasn’t raised that way,” she stated.

Manawat has reportedly accepted his neighbor’s apology. KNTV quoted him as saying, “I’ve never been called orange. That was a first.”

In the Youtube video uploaded by Manawat, he indicated in the video description field that his neighbor’s rant was “all because of leaves.”
