On Mon night, Apr 18, Emil Lazaro and Adrian Bellizer — both 18 years old — had robbed a townhouse in Banawe, Quezon City. However, as they were leaving the townhouse with their loot, cops on their nightly patrol spotted them.
Apparently, Lazaro and Bellizer had gotten into the compound where the townhouse was located by destroying a plywood strip that was used to cover the guardhouse’s damaged window. From there, they broke into the townhouse.
Police later revealed to ABS-CBN News that Lazaro and Bellizer were known for breaking into houses in the area since they were minors. They were last apprehended two weeks ago for robbing a jeepney passenger. The case was dropped because the victim didn’t push through with filing charges.
This time around it’s different. Police are also looking for Lazaro and Bellizer’s alleged companion whom they claimed managed to flee from the scene.
