In a rather inconvenient “freak accident”, a sport utility vehicle (SUV) rammed into a convenience store at the ACCRA Law Tower in BGC on May 19, Thu morning.
Two bystanders, Annabel Solomon and Carl Wyn Daytawere, were injured when the parked vehicle moved unexpectedly. They are both still under observation, ABS-CBN reports.
The driver, Danilo Custusa, claimed that the handbreak was engaged when the vehicle went out of control. He will be charged with reckless imprudence resulting to physical injuries and damage to property.
