“The University of the Santo Tomas (UST) has approved the shift in the opening of its college classes from June-March to July-May,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
The report cited The Varsitarian, UST’s official student publication. The report went on to say that according to UST’s Office of the Secretary General, the shift in the opening of classes “will take effect in the next academic year.”
Earlier, Ateneo de Manila University and most of the units of the University of the Philippines decided to shift their school openings to August. (Yes, that’s why we’re kind of confused.)
